Kingston Police investigating sexual based incidents

The Kingston Police have made an arrest in relation to these incidents and the male suspect is in custody.

Kingston Police investigating sexual based incidents

Kingston Police are currently investigating a series of sexual based offenses which have occurred over the past two days at various times throughout the day within the city’s downtown core.    

During these incidents an unknown individual has been approaching females while yelling aggressively and touching them.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 5’8-5’10 with a slim build and wearing dark clothing.

Police are actively investigating these incidents and want to make the public aware so that they can remain vigilant and when possible travel in groups.

Police are aware of other incidents of a similar nature which have occurred within the last two days which have not been reported and are requesting that anyone who believes they’ve had an encounter with this male or who has any information in relation to these incidents please contact the Kingston Police Major Crime Unit at 613-549-4660.
